Brief description of granule production process:

Granules are granular preparations made by mixing drugs with suitable excipients. According to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia, the total amount of coarse particles that cannot pass through sieve 1 and fine particles that pass through sieve 4 cannot exceed 8%. Granules can be swallowed, suspended, or dissolved in water for consumption. According to their solubility in water, granules are divided into soluble granules, suspended granules, and effervescent granules. The excipients contain anhydrous foaming drugs such as citric acid, oxalic acid, and sodium bicarbonate, which produce a large amount of CO2 gas after water flushing. When taken while foaming, they have the effect of correcting taste and improving drug efficacy.
